Eligibility for Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in original condition, unused, and unworn.
  • The item is accompanied by all original documentation (e.g., certificates of authenticity).
  • Customized, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other body jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

Steps to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at info@regalshiner.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will issue you a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges are also available for in-stock items. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please include this request in your return initiation email.
